A long time favourite dining spot of ours and one of the Grand Hyatt’s flagship restaurants, Salsa Verde is all about la dolce vita, with its prime Nusa Dua beachfront location and fine Italian cuisine designed for total indulgence. Graze on traditional Italian woodfired pizza as you sit by the pool, enjoying the gentle ocean breeze. There are options for both indoor and outdoor seating, but we would recommend booking a table in the alfresco dining area for sunset or dinner under the stars.
